Events

About our events

At the start of every academic year, we hold events for Super Ambassadors to meet the Children’s Commissioner and to participate in workshops to help them understand their roles.

It’s also a great opportunity for teachers to explore how to support the scheme and how to develop a children’s rights approach in school.

This year, we’re running three events: one in Conwy; one in Cardiff; and one in Carmarthen.

A school can attend one event with one adult and two pupils and events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Events are free to attend, but no lunch is provided (we ask pupils and teachers to bring a packed lunch).

This year, we’re running separate Welsh language and English language sessions in each event.
