January 2026 – The Right Way

This month we are inviting you to take part in a survey called ‘The Right Way’.

This survey is a tool that will help you audit your rights approach in your school or youth group. This is an opportunity for children, young people, teachers and youth leaders to share views on how your school/group supports children’s rights.

When the survey is closed, you will be sent a report showing a summary of findings. This will support you to work with children and young people to identify areas for improvement.

The survey will only take 10-15 minutes to complete, the more members of your school/group that take part the more accurate your findings will be.

To take part in the survey, you need to sign up here.

Once you’ve signed up you will be given a code unique to your school/ group. You should then share that code with children, young people, and staff at your school/group.

Children and young people can do the survey without giving their name and they don’t need to answer everything. There is one question in the ‘About Me’ section which asks pupils to select their ethnic group (they may need support to do this).

This survey will run from the 7th until the 30th of January 2026.
