We require an individual or team to carry out a small research project to
support our work on transitions to adulthood.
The aim of the research project is to identify issues in transitioning to
adulthood for disabled young people.
For this project, the focus is on young people with learning disability, some of whom will also have additional disabilities.
This is likely to include an identification of their needs during this time, an insight into the availability of positive support services across Wales and the identification of any gaps in provision.
We’re currently inviting interested parties to submit a tender for this work.
