Paying tribute to Aled Roberts, Welsh Language Commissioner, Sally Holland, Children’s Commissioner for Wales, said:
“Aled was a superb advocate for children, for children’s rights and for children’s language rights. As a fellow commissioner, he was a loyal peer who challenged and supported, and a good friend to me and my office. I’m deeply saddened by the news of his passing and send my sincere condolences to his family and team.”
