Professor Sally Holland, Children’s Commissioner for Wales, said:
“We are aware of the concerns that have been reported in the press this week and have made it our priority to ensure the safety of the pupils at the school. We are closely monitoring the investigations of all relevant authorities. Meanwhile, if anyone is seeking advice or support, I’d encourage them to contact my free Investigations and Advice service, set up to provide independent advice and support to children and young people, parents/carers and professionals, including whistleblowers.”
