The Children’s Commissioner for Wales has joined with her counterparts in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and England to celebrate Playday, and to encourage governments and local authorities to give all children the best opportunities to enjoy their human right to play.
They’ve published a joint statement to coincide with Playday 2018.
