Area 43

Area 43 is a ‘Drop-in centre’ in Cardigan. They provide a safe, informal, caring, non-discriminatory and non-judgmental environment where young people (aged 16-25) can socialise with their peers and access a range of quality information and support from trained and experienced staff. The centre provides free hot drinks, subsidised food and an internet cafe. They also offer a range of engaging activities like Arts and Crafts and Personal Development activities such as Confidence Building, Communication Skills, Emotional Literacy and Practical Life Skills. RAY Ceredigion

RAY Ceredigion is a small charity making a big difference to communities in Ceredigion  by providing weekly activities that build confidence, develop friendships and strengthens community.  Their aim is to improve health and wellbeing particularly of those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged, and they support all ages and abilities.  RAY is based in the harbour town of Aberaeron, in beautiful Cardigan Bay. DASH Ceredigion organises a variety of leisure schemes for disabled children and young people within the county of Ceredigion. They make sure that local disabled children and their families can have a better quality of life with access to a wide choice of leisure facilities and opportunities. Parents and carers get time to recharge their batteries and disabled children and young people get time of their own for personal, social and creative development in a welcoming and fun environment.
