My Planner

I've heard lots of good things about about the support young people get when they leave care. But I've also heard from people that they feel a bit lost at this time and don't have all the information and help they want and need.

Leaving care isn't just the single step of moving from a residential unit or foster carer's house to live on your own. It's a gradual pocess.

I have decided to produce this planner which has lots of useful information about what you're entitled to and who should be helping you.
